Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, in its ambition to be a key business partner for electricians is launching PrismaSeT S. The new offer of enclosures, wiring solutions and easy selection tools up to 160A makes the installation of electrical distribution in commercial and industrial buildings equivalent as residential in terms of installation, but more resistant for hard applications.

Specific innovations for PrismaSeT S new enclosures

The VDIS system is a design & ergonomics innovation in the commercial and industrial sector: electricians will be able to install and connect to the main incomer in a simpler way, allowing less use of cable. And it will help reduce a lot the time of cabling. The lateral duct, mainly used for cables and terminals, would be also very appreciated to facilitate the installation, the incoming circuit breaker could easily find its place there and save space on the DIN rails for other devices.

PrismaSeT S is part of Rapsody and eDesign software developed by Schneider Electric to ease the quotation and design of the installations for electricians.

PrismaSet S is a wall-mounting metal enclosure, designed to integrate Schneider Electric equipment, while ensuring consistency across assembly, connection, operation, digital interaction, and IEC 61439 standards compliance.

Schneider Electric is deeply engaged in sustainability initiatives to reduce its impact and thus PrismaSeT S is manufactured with at least 30% of recycled plastic content. 70% of the packaging is made from recycled cardboards and no single use plastic is used anymore.
